Hands On Cooking Class
Wednesday February 7th, 6:30
Chef Erik Johansen will lead the class in a relaxed kitchen environment. Each student will find out just how easy cooking can be by learning to prepare from scratch and make variations of the class recipes.
The foods being used will focus on seasonal ingredients. During the class we will discuss the fundamentals of cooking, matching flavors, pairing wines and cooking meat and fish, along with ideas for variations on basic recipes.
Each class begins with wine and hors d’oeuvres.
The class includes all of the ingredients and kitchen utensils.
No experience is needed,
bring only an appetite and comfortable shoes.
The class is limited to 8 guests to make sure that each student receives the attention that they need.
$75 per person
